‘Storm clouds roll in from over the sea;
Nature is howling—it rings in my ears.
The trees bend low beneath the wind;
Quick—tie down the roof, fasten the doors.
The storm descends with restless intent;
And the ground begins to stir beneath our feet.
On Tanna, the mountain does not always sleep...’
